Client Policies & Agreement
To ensure the highest level of service and respect for both time and business operations, the following policies have been established. Please review carefully:
1. Cancellation Policy
I acknowledge and understand the cancellation policy. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost, which will be charged to the card on file.
2. No-Show Policy
I understand that more than two missed appointments without notice (no-call/no-show) will result in being unable to schedule future appointments. Additionally, failure to attend a scheduled appointment when using a gift certificate will result in forfeiture of that certificate.
While unforeseen circumstances can arise, appointment reminders are sent via text and email. Clients are encouraged to add appointments to their personal calendars to avoid conflicts.
3. Arrival Time
I understand that my appointment time reflects the scheduled start of my service. If I arrive at or after my appointment time, the session will be shortened to accommodate the remaining time available. To ensure a full session, I agree to arrive 5–10 minutes early.
4. Communication
I understand that all correspondence should be directed via text or voicemail at (980) 621-2830, or by email at custommassageofkannapolis@gmail.com. Messages received outside of business hours, on days off, or during vacation periods will be returned once the office reopens.
5. Professional Conduct
I understand that services provided are strictly professional therapeutic massage. Any inappropriate behavior, including actions or comments of a sexual nature, will result in the immediate termination of the session. Full payment will still be required, and future appointments will not be permitted.
